From the slate tile in the grand lobby and leaded glass windows to the historic Pewabic tile accents in the brickwork, the Palmer Lodge’s stately grandeur is throughout the building.
Our team was hired, after reconstruction of the site, to clean the apartments and get them ready for occupancy. We were equipped to handle all types of cleaning from hardwood floors to carpeted ones and everything in between.
It was a pleasure to see this historic building brought back to life and we were honored to be part of the process. This building was one one of seven historic full rehabs we finished in the Palmer Park area.
